what can be used to stop a leak under a kitchen sink

l just replaced the drainage pipe that comes after the sink strainer.l used 
cutie bear
plumbers putty to cover all the areas water can come out from.What should

you need a kitchen sink tail stock washer.

Put in a washer. Putty won't work on that. Make sure you put

it in the right way.

There is a special washer designed for the purpose of sealing
